Privacy Policy

Last updated 17 June 2026

This policy explains how Haas Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”) handles your personal data when you join the Irid waitlist or visit this site.

Who we are

We are Haas Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13398196, registered office Sanford House, 81 Skipper Way, Little Paxton, St Neots, Cambridgeshire, PE19 6LT). We are the data controller for the information described here. If you have any questions, email hello@haaslabs.dev.

What we collect

We don’t ask for your name or any other personal details.

How we use your email

We use your email address to send you updates about Irid — news while we build it, word when it launches, and occasional updates afterwards. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time — see Your rights below.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising. We rely on a small number of service providers to run the waitlist and website — for example, our website host and our email delivery provider. They process your data only on our instructions. Some may store data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on safeguards such as the UK’s adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you’re subscribed, so we can keep sending you updates about Irid. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email we send, or by emailing us, and we’ll delete your details.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@haaslabs.dev. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know.
