This policy explains how Haas Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”) handles your personal data when you join the Irid mailing list or visit this site.

Who we are

We are Haas Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13398196, registered office Sanford House, 81 Skipper Way, Little Paxton, St Neots, Cambridgeshire, PE19 6LT). What we collect

• Your email address - when you submit it through the mailing list form.
• Basic technical data - such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider may log automatically to keep the site secure and running.

We don’t ask for your name or any other personal details.

How we use your email

We use your email address to send you updates about Irid - release notes, new features, and occasional news about what we’re building. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time - see Your rights below.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising. We rely on a small number of service providers to run the mailing list and website - for example, our website host, our email delivery provider, and our analytics provider. They process your data only on our instructions. Some may store data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on safeguards such as the UK’s adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you’re subscribed, so we can keep sending you updates about Irid. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email we send, or by emailing us, and we’ll delete your details.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@haaslabs.dev. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies.

We do count downloads. When you click a download link, we record that a download happened, which build you took, the page or campaign link that sent you, and the country your request came from. That record is sent to our analytics provider, Mixpanel. It carries no cookie, no identifier that persists between visits, and no IP address, so the counts tell us which channels work without telling us who you are.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know.
